The "IC Card Writer" is a primary and secondary issuance system compatible with FeliCa. By directly modifying the IC data displayed on the right and pressing the "Card Rewrite" button, you can easily complete the rewrite. By supporting DES+AES encryption for issuance, immediate AES compatibility is possible when needed.
